Rick Burnham has practiced law in Tuscaloosa, continuously since November 2004. The hallmark of his practice is first to listen and then to carefully advise clients. Reflection before problem solving is a part of the attorney service. Rick represents clients in civil court cases and in criminal court cases. He also provides many different legal documents for his clients.

Since 2013, Rick has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Union State Bank, a community bank with headquarters in Pell City, Alabama. Rick serves as Chair of the Audit Committee of Union State Bank as well.

After graduation from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University, in 1982, Rick practiced law in his hometown of Anniston, Alabama for 20 years, before moving to Tuscaloosa.
